Beth Graham has more than a decade of experience providing legal advice to technology companies across the United States. She has an extensive background in both e-discovery and multi-million dollar software and technology licensing matters. She also has several years of experience working as a privacy and technology attorney for an Austin, Texas-based law firm where she assisted clients that included multinational corporations, private equity firms, and small start-ups. Most recently, Beth served as the sole in-house counsel for an online marketplace technology start-up. In this role, she diligently protected corporate financial and privacy interests and provided general legal counsel within limited budgetary constraints.
Beth holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she was an Eastman Memorial Law Scholar. She is a member of the Texas Bar College and holds CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
