Jennifer Parris, Esq., has more than 29 years of representing privately held companies, as well as having previously served as in-house counsel for large multinational technology companies, including Dell and Unisys. Jennifer’s extensive background in negotiating complex agreements in the sourcing, purchase, or acquisition of technology, hardware, services, and software, uniquely positions her to partner with enterprise clients with the efficient negotiation of technology transactions without requiring the ramping up of knowledge or experience often required with in-house or outside counsel. Jennifer graduated from the University of Wisconsin with an English degree, Honors Degree with Thesis, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Jennifer also interned for Justice Jon P. Wilcox of the Wisconsin State Supreme Court and served as a Federal Administrative Judge.
