Legal Operations and Sr. Paralegal
Kristy Price manages Legal Operations and serves as Sr. Paralegal here at Carpenter Wellington. Kristy works closely with general counsel and business stakeholders focusing on developing and implementing major initiatives, process improvements, and business activities to enhance performance, improve efficiency, and protect and grow the firm and our clients. In addition, Kristy aids our legal counsel on matter research and review.
A graduate of the University of Washington, Kristy is a business development professional with extensive experience in commercial contracting, project, and operations management. Kristy has several years of experience in the legal industry that includes in-house roles with large, international technology companies. Her background includes management, review and negotiation of multimillion-dollar contracts and projects and her forte is reviewing and negotiating inbound and outbound corporate, government and commercial agreements including technology, SaaS, licensing, merger, strategic partnership, consulting, reseller, revenue share, data protection, non-disclosure and master service and supply agreements.
Kristy utilizes her extensive experience to benefit clients by providing collaboration, business solutions, actionable advice, and feedback that achieves the desired objective and mitigates risk for the client.
Kristy lives in the Greater Seattle Area with her husband, daughter and two dogs and loves boating on Lake Chelan, living for the days when the sun shines.
